An online degree in civil engineering equivalent to a regular school got in offline?

I graduated in line for my business associates, but I always had a love for civil engineering, and thought back to school online a partner in it while I was working full time to support myself independently. Would it be harder for me to find work in the field of civil engineering with this kind of measurement, obtained online, in a traditional setting?

Probably, but it depends of the college is through. If it is through college or major university, it would probably be good. But most college programs online there are not that great.
