I work full-time and full time for life, so I have no time to attend classes and support a 4 + year long trip to get a degree. I understand that most online programs in about half the time actually attending classes, but I want to know if the qualifications obtained are credible.

While each college you get the degree of regional accreditation is the level would be recognized by potential employers and other academic institutions. That said, not all online colleges are considered the same thing (as not all campuses are based in the same position) to potential employers. Even within the same school Business University may have a better reputation to say the school nurse, or vice versa.
It 'hard to say what the school is the best (online or campus), as there are a number of factors to consider. The most important thing is to find the right school for you. My main recommendation would be to contact a number of schools to find the best option for you and your requirements (registration, schedules, professional services, job opportunities, etc.).
This site has good information online accredited degree programs and a wide range of universities that offer them: http://www. ecollegefinder. org
    Good luck!

It depends on what the online university you attend. You must do research to ensure that the university (and the menu of the program) is fully accredited diploma and so it is respected as a standard 4-state universities years.
"Online programs in about half the time currently attending classes …"
This is not always the case. The academic year is demanding as in physics class and to take all the time. The only way to * not * for so long is that if you take 1-2 classes per semester – which means they have a light load current. I took classes online during the summers when I went to university degree – 3 classes – and they were as academically demanding as if he were there in person.
You must do research to find credible universities – often the 'rapidly' qualifications obtained (2 years or less) are associated with the degrees, not degree.
Try the state universities credible near you and see if they offer online degree courses leading to a diploma – many do! Even if they do, they may be able to help you find accredited online programs – consult with its admissions / academic department.

The best school is the one that best suits your needs. I agree that the line can be completed more quickly. However, some schools require on-line connections at specific times and make crazy demands for students. With their work situation Wnt may consider the piece in front.
I encourage you to evaluate the full list of schools that course are considering. Responsible for some grade school, with the extras so you can make more money for students (presumably)
I know of an online program called College McKinley. The program is simple and the program is actually the goal of his career. . . Unlike many who claim to be, but are not. In addition to his flexbile with login time and planning. Outhttp control Probbally worth it: / / www. mckinleycollege. edu /

Check out Columbia University (www. CCIS. Edu). I go there and is fully recognized and has a lot of associate degree programs and master. It 'been a great experience so far, is not expensive like many online schools out there. Definitely recommend it. Depends on what you are missing your main to be as well. Recently I decided to go to biology, so now I have to go to a real campus to complete my career. If you're trying to do something with business, psychology, accounting, or something similar, then jobs may in principle ideal for you.
    Good luck!

I'm on the fence about universities online. . . if it is a golf professional and competitive, so the time to attend college in a real class. I tried in 'good' school on-line and do not seem able to find what I have full confidence and participation. It seems easier to attend school on-line and in the classroom, but I think the course will be given the same amount.

Working with her the only way to go online is a reality. The whole hand when you have finished his degree, so on-line and in class is the same as before. Ashford attended the University in Clinton, IA to earn my colleagues, and the system design is much easier, for example. . . . University of etc, etc. Phoenix
5 lessons per week, one page of paper 8, the weekly rehearsals of the book, easy and round tables. If you're a decent student, you will see that you are doing well after watching the work of others, trust in me ok?!. . . I have attended 5 schools in my life, so I have a good idea. . .

Given its status, degrees online are as good as the regular schools, although this depends on institutions that have applied for.
Some of the best institutions are, for example, the London School of Economics.

Congratulations to think of promoting their training will not be disappointed.
State universities and community colleges will be better and less expensive to continue their education online. Normally online degrees obtained from universities and state schools will not be other than a title given to one student sitting in class, which means that there will be a credibility problem. You probably will not get a scholarship but financial aid is available.
Stay away from benefits because of their high cost. Some will be reasonable, but most, like the University of Phoenix, overload. Although probably a majority of employers do not have a problem with a diploma from a school that is primarily online, some employers do not rule out the quality of the securities. Everything depends on the company and the school.
If you just started to school or have less than 60 credit hours per semester, try the first local community college. May have an on-line degree in AA. If not, try community colleges in other countries.
Once you have a certain degree of AA, can register on-line baccalaureate completion program that is taught in state universities. Many state universities have a title online. The following are some websites to start. http://www. fhsu. / Virtualcollege edu / http:// www. Peru. edu / http:// extension. uwyo. / OCP edu / http:// www. distance. msstate. edu / http:// www. on-line. uillinois. edu / http:// worldcampus. PSU. edu
When you compare the cost of registration, you must check if the school is the semester credit hours or quarter. To convert quarter of an hour and a half hours, divide the registration by 0. 67. For example, if the registration is $ 180 per quarter credit hours, which equals $ 268. 66 hours per semester credit.
When choosing a school, make sure that at least regionally accredited. You can check the accreditation available: / / EXP. ed. gov / accreditation / Research. one … You can learn more about accreditation at http://www. ed. gov / admin / finaid / recognized / i …
Finally, there are a couple of online forums with members who have obtained a degree online. Some have gone too far with their grades online. The forums are free to join, but you can read the forum without participating. Simply can not publish. http://forums. degreeinfo. com and www. degreeforum. net
